Prime Minister Edi Rama visited Israel with a clear focus on cybersecurity. In a Facebook post, the Albanian head of government announced his meeting with Gil Shwed, the renowned leader in Israel’s high-tech industry.
“In Tel Aviv, I had an incredibly impressive visit to CheckPoint, a global leader in cybersecurity, where I had the honor of meeting its founder, the legendary high-tech figure in Israel, Gil Shwed,” wrote Rama.
This visit follows the recent police operation ordered by SPAK at the Mujahideen camp in Tirana. The operation was conducted due to suspicions of criminal involvement among some MEK members. The investigation is centered around offenses such as illegal interception of computer data, data manipulation, interference with computer systems, and misuse of equipment.
