During the visit of the Pristina Speaker of Parliament to Tirana, the Parliaments of Albania and Kosovo signed a memorandum of cooperation with the intention of coordinating the work of the two institutions.
At the joint press conference, his counterpart, Lindita Nikolla, reiterated this message.
The Speaker of the Kosovo Parliament requested collaboration between the nations on the attitude that the two Albanian governments should adopt toward Serbia, which, according to him, poses a threat to regional order and security with its antagonistic approach against Kosovo.
A joint meeting of both assemblies is scheduled to commemorate the 110th anniversary of independence.
