Following the passing of all “online” services on May 1, the government is preparing for the next stage in digitalization.

The Prime Minister indicated during a meeting with the banking association that the digital service will soon be expanded to the transportation sector, with the issuance of electronic tickets. However, the prime minister did not spare banks from criticism over their excessive commissions, requesting a reduction in costs for financial services, primarily “online.”

The Prime Minister requested that the banking sector adapt to technology and provide “online” services, allowing citizens to enjoy better service without the burden of bureaucracy.

In this third term, the Rama government has declared the “digital agenda” a priority. Most public service tolls have been closed since May 1 and have gone “online” to better public administration service to individuals and businesses.
