Businesses require human resources, and young Albanians want to find jobs, yet there is a disconnected situation between these mutual requirements.
Almost every industry appears to have been affected by labour force shortage.
Despite of the fact that there is a shortage of personnel, competitive salaries and favorable working conditions encourage many young Albanians to look for employment opportunities in innovative businesses to pursue their dreams.
And, as the job shortage worsens day by day, many of those affected are young individuals with their sights set on opportunities beyond the borders of Albania.
On Thursday, a career fair was conducted at the Faculty of Economics to match market needs with study profiles, and firms and students were able to face offers and demands.
