Despite a significant surge in new coronavirus infections in recent days, the Technical Committee of Experts agreed not to change the pandemic measures in place.
The experts on the Committee said the pandemic situation was under control and that the figures should not be seen as a cause for alarm, but that citizens should increase compliance with the measures.
As a result, pubs and restaurants will be open until 23:00. Also, until this hour, people will be able to move around freely.
The prohibition on gatherings of more than 50 people will remain in place, while sports and cultural activities will be limited to 30 percent of their normal capacity.
Foreigners can only enter Albania with a vaccination passport and a negative PCR test.
