The number of coronavirus casualties has dropped from the previous day, although the number of new cases has increased.
According to the Ministry of Health, six people have died and 501 new cases were confirmed in the past 24 hours after making 3042 tests.
There are presently 6,872 active COVID19 patients in Albania, with 160 being treated at COVID Hospitals, 16 in serious conditions.
In the last 24 hours, 575 citizens have recovered, taking the number of recoveries to a total 166,009 since the beginning of the epidemic.
