The Albanian Education Minister announced that as of this Monday, all schools will resume teaching with normal hours.
This academic year started once again with shorter hours for children and classes divided in two groups. This caused many complaints from teachers and parents as well.
“Based on your legitimate concerns, but especially due to our responsibility to guarantee the quality of the education system, we have communicated with the Committee of Experts and the Institute of Public Health to reassess the anti-Covid protocols that are currently being implemented in schools”, Kushi declared.
“I want to thank the experts who made progress with the vaccinations of 88% of the teachers, allowing us to resume normal teaching hours as of this Monday”, the Minister added.
