For almost one year, students attended their lectures online during the pandemic. For this year, they were told by health authorities and the government that they will return in auditoriums only if they are vaccinated.

But these declarations issued in media outlets will not be recognized by university rectors, who will allow students to attend classes by only respecting social distancing and hygienic measures.

The protocol, even for this year, will be the same. Lectures will be held online while seminaries with classes separated in shifts.

The biggest challenge for universities remains the accrediting. The lack of scientific researches is one of the links that needs to be fulfilled.

In parallel with these concerns, the universities, in cooperation with the government and the Education Ministry will push forward one of the most controversial laws, that of high education.
