In the past 24 hours, Albania registered four deaths and 997 new confirmed cases of coronavirus, after making 6308 tests.
The Albanian Health Ministry announced that 919 citizens have recovered in the past hours, taking the number of total recoveries to 140,176 since the beginning of the pandemic.
163 patients are receiving treatment at the COVID hospitals, 18 of them in seious conditions. There are 12,582 active patients nationwide.
The Ministry of health appeals citizens to be vaccinated the soonest possible in order to protect themselves and the health of others.
