The Albanian government has not paid its obligations to the residents of the apartment building that was demolished in Vlora, including relatives f the opposition leader, Lulzim Basha.
Three years after the Strasbourg Court ruled for a full recompensation form the Albanian government, they appeal to get the payment based on the law.
The relatives of Lulzim Basha addressed the European Court of Human Rights demanding the implementation of the ruling, which reaches 14.5 million EUR.
