The Head of the EU delegation in Albania, Luigi Soreca, appealed to the justice institutions to work together in order to offer the integrity and independence of the justice system and to rebuild the people’s trust in the judiciary.
Soreca underlined on Twitter that the Eu will keep supporting the judicial reform as one of the key points for the country’s integration.
“All justice institutions should continue to work together on delivering efficiency, integrity, and independence of the justice system. To rebuild trust in the judiciary and serving justice for the Albanian people. They should also show leadership and the necessary drive to apply the highest EU standards possible. The EU will continue to fully support the justice reform, which continues to be a key EU priority in Albania.
