The Constitutional Court has ruled to address the Venice Commission and ask an opinion regarding the local elections, by suspending this way the constitutional adjudication.
The parties involved will be allowed to formulate a question each for the Venice Commission.
The Mayor of Shkoder, Voltana Ademi, took the elections of the June 30th, 2019, at the Constitutional Court, demanding and invalidation.
