The EU Special Envoy for the Kosovo Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, concluded his two-day visit to Kosovo with positive messages. He confirmed that the Prishtina-Belgrade talks will resume this month in Brussels, but he didn’t specify any date.
“My visit in Kosovo was very productive, with the main purpose to secure the preparation of the meeting in June, in Brussels’, Lajcak declared.
Lajcak was joined in this visit by the US Special Envoy for Western Balkans, Matthew Palmer. He refused America’s involvement in the dialogue, despite the many requests of the opposition. After Kosovo, Lajcak will visit Serbia, where he will meet with the heads of state. From there they will announce the exact date for the Kurti-Vucic meeting”.
