Albanian continues vaccination with AstraZeneca, although some countries have suspended it for citizens under 60.
More than 1000 AstraZeneca vaccines are being administered each day at the “Air Albania” stadium to teachers and university professors. Despite their age, they haven’t hesitated to receive the vaccine.
High-level justice officials have also received the first dose of AstraZeneca, being part of the academic staff. They want vaccination to continue with judges, prosecutors and lawyers as well.
After teachers and professors, AstraZeneca will be used for the National Guard. On the other side of the stadium, medical authorities are vaccinating citizens over 70 with Sinovac. 138,000 citizens have been vaccinated so far.
