The Albanian government has issued a decision to compensate every building that will be expropriated for government projects to 100% of its area.
The government decision specifies that all citizens whose buildings will be demolished will benefit a compensation that covers 100% of the illegally built construction.
The previous decision would compensate only 50% of the illegal buildings.
The object reconstruction process is going on in the entire country. Based on the deadlines set by the government, it will be concluded by may 2022.
