The Police is prosecuting 24 persons after Lulzim Basha’s visit to Kavaja. The proceeding was for illegal meeting and illegal blocking of the traffic.
In its first reaction, the Police did not mention the Democratic Party or its leader, Lulzim Basha, but reminded that there is an existing law for the gathering of more than 10 people, and that they are obliged to fine any offender.
The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, was received yesterday in Kavaja by hundreds o citizens. He appealed to them several times to respect the social distancing and keep their masks on.
