The Albanian government has given green light to negotiate with countries that produce the anti-covid vaccine.
In the last meeting of the Council of Ministers, the government decided to authorize the Ministry of Health and Reconstruction to negotiate with countries that produce vaccines, without excluding anyone.
The decision foresees that the vaccines should be certified by the respective bodies in their countries.
This way, Albania will negotiate with countries that had been excluded so far, such as Russia and China.
